Dearest Seekers
There’s no Breathwork group this Monday or next, but I still wanted to share what’s been moving through me lately: UNITY.
I’ve been spending a lot of time in the energetic realms—more than usual!—especially as I go deeper into two current spiritual trainings: one in depth mediumship and spiritual psychic protection. And while it feels like the world is splitting at the seams—America especially—I keep coming back to this: the fight isn’t just out there. It’s happening inside us too. As some of you know, I believe everything is an inside job ;).
The more I journey inward, the more I see that the real work right now is about healing our internal divisions—between the hidden and secret parts of ourselves, between old stories and what we know is possible, between fear and trust. And when enough of us start to live from that middle space—not pulled to extremes, but anchored in the heart—that’s when things begin to shift. Energetically. Collectively.
This doesn’t mean we sit on a cushion and ignore the world. Not at all. We still speak, act, protest, push for change, or do what feels right. But if we’re doing all that while carrying around inner war, we’ll continue to perpetuate it on the outside.
And no, I’m not trying to sound like an old British hippie here—so I’ve clipped a fantastic YouTube video to back up my point. It’s an interview between Bill Moyers and the beloved Joseph Campbell, who, as many of you know, I avidly follow. It speaks exactly to what I’m saying:
To me, unity means holding the tension of opposites without losing your center. It’s choosing to stay human, open-hearted, and present—even when it would be easier to shut down or turn away. It’s not easy.
I believe we’re all connected to the same source energy—call it the sun, spirit, God, Higher power, consciousness, life force—whatever resonates. But when we remember that we all come from that same field, it becomes much harder to dehumanize or divide. That remembrance is the medicine. It’s also the place where our hearts can’t truly be broken, because at our core, every living being carries the same spark. That space is where we unite.

By the way—everything we already do in our Breathwork groups to open space, call in protection, and clear energy? It lines up exactly with what I’m being taught now. That’s been a beautiful confirmation. For those who’ve joined in person or online—you already know what to do.
And just to reinforce this truth: when your heart is undivided, you are impenetrable. You are in the slipstream. Stay there as much as you can.
